The proprietors of the AWR Group have been business partners since 1985. The AWR Group is collectively a Service Centre made up of a group of companies that repair industrial electronic equipment. Providing a professional technical support role to each & every manufacturer and a complete service package both in house & on road to the end user.
ADVANCE WELDER REPAIRS has been the core of the group, specialising in the service & repairs to a complete range of welding equipment. An authorised service centre to no less than fifteen of the leading manufacturers of these industrial products from around Australia and the World. Conducting both warranty and after warranty repairs to all types of welding equipment with a staff of highly trained technicians having backgrounds in Industrial Electronics, Electrical trades, and Mechanical trades. All of whom have contributed their skills and experience to help produce an efficient and well respected Service Centre within the industry. Catering to a complete range of equipment including electrical transformer, electronic Inverter technology, engine driven generator/welding and plasma cutting equipment.
AWR SOLAR was incorporated into the group in 2009 to help expand interests into Solar Electronics. During this time Conergy Australia approached us to become their Australian Service Centre for the repairs and service to their Solar grid connect inverters. As we were already a Fronius service partner repairing Fronius welding inverter power sources, (Fronius in Austria also manufacture the Solar inverter, branded both Fronius and Conergy), it was a natural progression to venture into this similar technology. We are currently enjoying a close working association with both Conergy, as their Service Centre, and Fronius as their Service Partner here in Sydney, Australia. We look towards the future with motivation & further expansion plans in this field.
2010 & beyond will see us continue striving to improve our service & repair skills we have obtained over a quarter of a century. Our investment in staff training with each & every manufacturer, as new products are released, will in turn continue help us retain these high standards. The flow on is immense to both the manufacturer & end user alike. Greater confidence is created in the market as true value is added to each of these professionally service backed products.
